The objective of the program is to prepare the hiring executives to work on HireCraft™, job portals and transforming them into champions in the recruitment process.This program is targeted at hiring executives, human resources personnel, fresh graduates and undergraduates who would like to build their careers in recruitment.

Topic Details
Recruitment Lifecycle
Covers a complete lifecycle of recruitment process. This include both Staffing Business and Internal Recruitment of a corporate firm.
Sourcing Techniques
We prepare the trainees with the most effective methods in sourcing the right profiles and helping them understand on how to fit the profile into an opening. Methods used to building an effective relationship with candidates for both candidate management as well as to use the candidate as a referral source. This also covers the technology and tools used in sourcing profiles through bulk –mailers, referral campaigns, job portals etc.
Screening/Validation Process
Candidate will undergo training on screening process for different industry verticals like IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Services, Education, Top Management, Travel, Transportation, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Logistics & Shipping, Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, Aerospace and similar popular domains. The different terminologies used in these domains are also taught.
Short-listing Process
Each trainee will be taught on how to submit the profiles to clients or to internal functional managers and obtain the shortlist status in a quickest possible time. Also covers how to prepare the resumes to send to client/functional managers by masking appropriate information, generate tracker sheets automatically using ready-made templates.
Interview Schedule
Covers the entire process involved in scheduling the candidate for interview process, understanding the problems faced by the industry in scheduling process where both candidates and interviewers should be managed and also track the status, building assessment sheets etc.
Reference Check
Trainee will learn about the need for reference check and the process involved in building an effective reference check template and execution of the ref-check process.
Offer cycle Management
Trainees will be provided training on salary approval process, salary band selection,making, CTC Splitters, Capturing Pre-Employment and post offer information to ensure the candidate joins on time.
Financials
Will provide necessary training on how to raise invoice and track reversals in Staffing Business.
 
Note:
The entire process will be training on how to use HireCraft™ enterprise as a recruitment software tool apart from the functional workflow process, the trainees will also understand how technology helps in effective recruitment.
 
There will be a certification process at the end of each training program to assess the candidate's abilities and certify them as HireCraft™ Certified Professional.
