Features of Corporate Intranet Portal
Line Managers can raise a request for manpower and manage the entire lifecycle of managing the manpower request approval process cycle. Requirement gets logged into HireCraft™ and notified HR Manager when an approved request is logged. After this stage all the activities on the requirement will take place through Base System.
Line Managers can track the status of each Requirement(Request) successfully logged.
Line Managers will be able to view the Resumes screened by HR Users and the same can be verified and updated as Shortlisted or Rejected, after this step, HR Users can schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates.
Interview Panels will receive e-mail notifications and also able to view the interview schedule of each candidate. Once interview is completed, Interview feedback can be updated through an online assessment form.
Line Managers will also be able to view the status of fulfillment for each requirement, status of each candidate they have interviewed and also receive the notifications when the candidate about to join and/or on joining day also.
Senior Management will have real-time view of information like status of recruitment transactions, fulfillment rate and the current status of total requirement progress on demand without involving the HR Team.
Supports Single Sign-on using MS Active Directory Services(ADS).
For Talent Acquisition process, this module enables the Talent sourcing team to share appropriate information about the company at each stage of recruitment. This ensures that the candidate is fairly inducted into the organization before he/she joins to work.
