Overview In order to use HireCraft you need to first login with a User Name and password provided to you by the administrator of HireCraft in your organization. Note: You are always required to enter login information, whenever you quit HireCraft and restart it. |

The picture below is the first window displayed when you open HireCraft. Enter your user name and password into the respective fields, as provided in the login window and hit the Enter key or press Login button
Figure 1.1 FAQs: What to do if I have forgotten the password? Ans : If you have forgotten your password, you can contact the administrator of HireCraft to reset the same and by default the password will be created as 'Hirecraft'. Due to security reasons of your user name, we strongly recommend you to change your password immediately once you login with your new password. To do so follow the instruction below: Navigate to Action menu located on top left corner of HireCraft application, and click Change Password. See the figure below Step 1

again here the new password desired and Finally press Note: Your new password will work, from the next time you open HireCraft. Hints: You will have to follow above procedures whenever you want to change your password periodically. I get 'Connection to the WebServer is Closed' message in the status bar whenever I try to login? Answer: If you encounter this kind of message, following are the possibilities, which you could get resolved by consulting System administrator in your organization:
Solution: If you're a System Administrator, follow the instructions given in the HireCraft setup manual from the Installation CD |
