Contact

Contact refers to the people of particular customer or unit, you communicate with frequently regarding requirements or follow-up on candidate status..etc.  

You can use Contact module in HireCraft to centrally store and manage information about contacts of all customers/units.

What do you want to do?

• View Contacts

  To view contacts, navigate to menu Manager -> Customer Manager or Click Customer Manager button on the main toolbar, to invoke Customer Manager form which will display contacts of all customers. See the figure here
  
  Note: contacts displayed on the right grid are related to a particular customer or branch you selected in the tree view on the left.

• Create a New Contact

  To create a new Contact for a particular customer, right Click on the customer name in the tree view of Customer Manager form and click New Contact. In the New Contact form that is displayed (see figure), enter the information related to the contact
  
  You can also enter contact information, by selecting the respective customer in the tree view on the left and enter directly into the grid available on the right and press Save button on the toolbar, See figure below
  
  

• Edit/Delete a Contact

  To edit information about contact of a particular Customer, click on a customer name in the tree view of Customer Manager form and click on (see figure below) within First Name column field of the respective contact in the contact grid and re-enter the information in the window that is displayed, and press Save button or Short-cut key F3.

  

  To delete a Contact repeat the above step and press a Delete button in the window that is displayed. Note if the contact is being used in any requirement you will not be able to delete the contact. And you get the message in the status bar as "It is in Use. Unable to delete..."
