You can edit any messages
defined already in the template library, when they require last minute
changes to be made before they are sent. To do this, click on Edit
button on the toolbar and modify the required changes within the message
body.

Note: Please don't alter
the any words enclosed within square brackets. For example: [CandidateName]
or [ReqTitle]...etc. They are
used for identification of the information to be changed dynamically,
and we call them as Tags. You
need to use these when creating your own email templates, trackers or
resumes in the desired format. Click here

Once the required changes
are made press Post button on
the toolbar to update the changes and press Send
button and click on sub-menu Mail Only
or *SMS only or
*Mail and SMS.

* Visible only if the SMS service is obtained
by you and configured.
Hints :
In
case the changes you made to be reflected the next time you use the same
template, you can press Overwrite
button on the toolbar, which will update the template in the template
library as well. So you don't need to visit the template library to make
the changes.
By
pressing the Save As button you
can save the template as your own copy, when the template you are using
isn't created by you. Doing so will save considerable time of yours, when
you want to create templates based on most of the information contained
herein.
Upon pressing the Save As button, the window as in figure below is
displayed. Now provide the new name for your template in the Title
field and choose access as either Private or Public, then press Save button. By choosing 'Private' as
access, only you will be able to view the template, or by choosing 'Public'
you are letting everyone to view your template. It is upto you to decide.
