Bulk Mailer

Bulk Mailer refers to the process of sending email to all the matching candidates found in the results window. You can use this feature whenever you need to send mails in bulk to check interest of the candidate for any job openings.

To use this feature, first perform the desired search to get the matching profiles of candidates and then click on the Bulk Mailer command on the left of workbench panel to invoke the form as in figure below.

Once the form is loaded an email message from the pre-defined template is selected by default. If you have more than one template defined, you can choose them from the template drop-down list, and press Start button on the toolbar to send email for all the candidates found in the search results window.
