Overview

The Planner in HireCraft is similar to your personal diary, which reminds you of your daily tasks like, meetings, Follow-ups, To do tasks, Interview Schedules, Joining Reminders...etc. Apart from being able to generate automated tasks like Interview Scheduled information, Contract expiry notifications, Joining Reminders, SLAs...etc, it will also allow you to create your own task on a specified date & time.

* This feature is available only in Standard and Enterprise editions.

As soon as you log into HireCraft application planner view is what you see always. We have intentionally made this to be visible initially, since the start of your day should remind of you of any tasks that are noted for a current day or anything that is pending previously.

Tasks for a Day

The default view of tasks assigned/noted are for a current date only. See the figure here. And you can click on the respective date by navigating on the calendar located on the left, to view tasks for those date.

You can customize the view of planner by right clicking within the planner window and navigate to View > in the context-menu. You can choose any one preferred view from the four available options, which are:

The next you open the HireCraft your planner will have the view that was last chosen when it was closed. You can explore many other customizable options by right clicking within planner and navigating in the context-menu.

Pending Tasks

Pending tasks are the one that are not closed. For example: if you had task in the previous day and haven't closed it then it would appear in the next day's Pending Tasks list. So to avoid letting your pending list keep growing, we suggest you close tasks as and when they're finished.

Pending tasks are not only the ones that you created and not closed, but including those defined in your SLAs settings. Click here for more information
