Scheduling
an Interview
To
schedule an interview for a short-listed candidate, right click on the
respective candidate within Selected
Candidate List window and click
on "Interview Scheduler" in the context-menu. Alternatively
you can press ALT+I on the keyboard
or click on Interview Scheduler command on the left panel of workbench
to invoke the Interview Scheduler window. Once the window as in figure
is opened enter the information as below:
Interview Stage : Select
the stage of interview from the drop-down. >>
Int. Round : Select
the round of interview from the drop-down
Interview Panel : Select
the Interview Panel member who will conduct interview of candidate of
the requirement, by clicking on Panel
button and check the respective
member names listed in the tree view in the displayed window, and press

Interview Date : Select the date from
the calendar in the drop-down and enter the time
Venue : Select the venue of interview,
to which you would be sending the candidate
Int.
Duration : Enter the duration of interview,
if required for your information and click on the Checkbox, "Confirmed".
Finally press save button on the toolbar to save the interview information
you entered. Of course don't forget to send the call letter to candidate.
You
will need to follow the above steps whenever you're scheduling interview
for individual candidate. If you would like to schedule interview for
more than one candidate at a time, then use the Bulk Interview Scheduler feature.
Sending
Call letter to Candidate
To
intimate candidate about the Interview Scheduled, you can send an email
to him/her by using "Interview Call Letter" feature, which will
generate an email from the pre-defined template with contents of message
body automatically filled with interview scheduled information.
To do this, navigate to Call Letter
button on the toolbar and click on sub-menu "Interview
Call Letter". See

Notifying
Interview Panel members / Interviewer
If
you wish you can also send an email to Interviewer, notifying the arrival
of candidate on the scheduled date & time and at Venue.
To do this, navigate to Call Letter
button on the toolbar and click on sub-menu "Interviewer
Call Letter". See

Notifying
the Resume Sources
If the attached resume
of the candidate is from sources such as through reference of friends,
colleagues, employee referral schemes, vendors/sub-vendors, you can also
intimate them about scheduled interview of candidate so that they are
aware of the status of their candidate. More...
To do this, navigate to Call Letter button on the toolbar and click on
sub-menu "Interviewer Call Letter to source". See

Update
Interview Stage related information
Updating outcome of the scheduled interview
is very crucial factor in your business, since that is where you can realize
the potential revenue.
Once you have the feedback on the status
of the scheduled interview of the candidate, you can update the same by
navigating to Update Status button
on the toolbar and click on the respective Status in the sub-menu. Depending
on the Status updated, you may be asked to send email notification to
candidate, for example: if you have updated the status as "Qualified"
you're asked to send "Qualify Mailer" or if "Disqualified"send
"Regret Letter" or if "No show" send " No show
communication mailer"....so on |
