Understanding the interface

The interface in HireCraft is classified into four panels as mentioned below, which is similar to Microsoft Outlook interface. It is recommended that you understand the interface first before you could delve into the application.

  Pending Tasks: Display all the pending tasks that are not closed in the previous day. It could also mean that you have not completed that task. More...

  Dashboard: Display the statistics of candidates of all stages and requirements of all functional areas at a glance, which helps in assessing your performance. Also there a graph view of statistics. More...
  
  SavedFilters : Loads the tasks that are defined in the Planner filter. More...

  Search Window: Has search options that you can choose or keyword fields into which you can specify word or phrase to find matching profiles of candidates. It also has results window that display the matching profiles found, which is visible upon pressing Search button or hit F9 on keyboard.

   

  Requirement List:  This window display all the requirements that are created by you or which are assigned to you by others.More...

   

  Selected Candidate List: This window acts like a folder of the specific requirement selected, which will display all the attached candidate(s) of the requirement. If no candidate is attached to a requirement that you click in the Requirement List , then the list in this window will be empty. More...

Apart from the above there is a also a main Menu which has options to control the working of the HireCraft application, along with main Toolbar below, which has frequently used functions for quick access. See the figure here.

There is a status bar below on every form opened which indicate with Messages highlighted in Bold Red, such as the current operation that has been performed like saving/deletion/update, notifications of invalid entries, problem occurred...etc.,
